Naturopathic Liability Package

A joint initiative is in place between NZSN and TIB to offer a Liability Package to members of the Society.

This package is comprehensive and covers any perceived risks of exposure to the Naturopaths.

This package includes:

Negligent Treatment including medical malpractice, defamation and slander
Public Liability including property damage
Statutory Liability including all Acts of NZ Parliament in force at the time of a claim
Employers Liability including cover for OSH claims
Punitive and Exemplary Damages including claims of personal injury (Claims under this cover are made by people who believe the Naturopath should be punished by the Court for outrageous conduct. Such claims are over and above cover provided by ACC or your Public Liability policy)

The Naturopathic Liability Package has a discounted premium for members of the NZ Society of Naturopaths Inc. This is a very comprehensive policy, covering all known risks.
